Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime you want, regardless of whether you have an active paid subscription or you are on free trial.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. The subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Does the pricing for each plan cover all the channels?
No. This is the base price for each plan and covers the number of chat customers within a band. This price changes based on the channels you choose.
What is a chat customer?
A chat customer is each unique person that sends at least 1 message to your business via any of your channels within a calendar month. For example, if the same person chats with your business multiple times through Facebook Messenger in a month, she/he is still counted as one chat customer.
What is Conversation-based pricing?
Conversation-based pricing, used by WhatsApp, applies a single charge irrespective of the number of messages sent between the business and the customer within a 24-hour period.
Does the base pricing for each plan cover all the channels?
The base monthly price for each plan only covers the number of chat customers. There is an additional monthly fee for each channel chosen.
